Stacey joined the firm in January, 2005. She has extensive experience in general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, payroll processing and payroll reporting. She began her journey into the accounting world in 1996 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She took a position working as a receptionist for a small CPA firm, but quickly worked her way from receptionist to full charge bookkeeper. Stacey moved to Garland, Texas in late 2000 and continued her path in the accounting field. Over the years, Stacey has become very knowledgeable of various accounting software packages and has been deemed a "QuickBooks Whiz".
Stacey is married to the love of her life, Doug, and proudly shares in parenting Brittany, Melody, Natalie, and Zachary, her four stepchildren. Stacey and Doug also share their home with two cats: Floyd, adopted from a shelter, and Phoebe, taken home after being abandoned in a parking lot.

Di joined the firm in March 2007. Her past experiences were not in the tax and accounting field but they fit perfectly for what she has been doing since she joined us. After moving to Texas from California to attend Prarie View A&M to study music and education, she ventured into the world of healthcare where she spent 24 years in office management and administrative support for executives. To share her experiences in these areas, Di enjoys mentoring to new supervisors and managers and trainers.
When she leaves the downtown Garland office, she likes to relax by listening to music or writing or anything to do with the outdoors. While indoors, she likes to tend to her parakeets and cockatiel.

Amie joined the firm in our Rockwall office in September 2010. She brings with her 3+ years of payroll experience, 5+ years of accounts receivable and accounts payable experience, and 6+ years of QuickBooks experience. In her prior work life, she worked as a bank teller and was even occasionally asked to contest property tax renditions. She has lived and worked in the DFW area her entire life.
Away from the Rockwall downtown square, Amie is kept busy with her long time involvement in music that includes singing and playing the piano, clarinet, and various percussion instruments dating back to her high school drum line days. Other hobbies include reading and cooking, but especially camping/hiking where Amie and her husband, Daniel go on a yearly trip to the Sierra Nevada's.
